Meet The Founder
Megan has always had a great passion for bringing people together, paired with a big imagination for creating luxurious, transformative event experiences. Her journey began in college, managing the Australian Studio event for the Newport Beach Film Festival, which sparked her love for immersive event production.โ Since then, she’s worked on women’s wellness retreats, corporate conferences, and spent six months in Dubai helping launch a large-scale wellness event.
Her portfolio includes producing a 700-person Private Equity event, corporate retreats in Mammoth, fashion-forward business showcases, branded shoots, high-level networking experiences and more! Today, Megan leads Lavender Luxe Events, a boutique agency specializing in luxury corporate experiences that elevate brand presence, foster authentic connection, and feel like heaven on earth.
